Museum of Colour: Projects

I have been actively engaged in various projects with the Museum of Colours from 2020 to the present date. Below are some projects I have worked on with them

Virtual Museum Design

Explore the virtual museum I've designed for the Museum of Colour through these images. Commissioned by the museum, this project showcases carefully crafted spaces with innovative architecture adorned by the institution's collection of artwork and artefacts. Each image reflects a blend of colours and curated elements, offering a unique visual journey. Join me in experiencing a space where diversity and creativity take centre stage. Welcome to a virtual realm where the past meets the present, commissioned by the Museum of Colour to tell captivating stories in every corner.

Respect Due, 2020

A global pandemic has asked us to adapt, reframe and reflect on the way the Museum of Colour connects people and stories. Respect Due is our response to this time. Covid-19 is both remote and personal and so is this exhibition.

had the honour and privilege of showcasing and celebrating six portraits of amazing and revolutionary individuals who have had a significant impact on a selection of creatives, journalists and heritage organisations who nominated them.

My Words, 2022

This exhibition provides an opportunity to meet some of the remarkable poets of colour who have changed the poetic landscape and influenced all the culture that we enjoy today. The Museum of Colour brings you voices from the 18th and 19th century through to 2016.

I had the honour of creating portraits of some of these amazing poets

A Very British Rhythm

This exhibition offers a rare opportunity to connect with some extraordinary dance artists of colour who have significantly influenced the dance world in the U.K. over the past 250 years. Their contributions have deeply influenced the way we move today, infusing our lives with their rhythms and energy. For those who have passed away, I have resurrected their enigmatic presence in the world today.
